We are seeking a talented young professional to join our VE team and gain hands-on experience working with one of the fastest-growing tech companies.
Core Responsibilities
⚪ Provide high-quality customer support via chat.
⚪ Retain clients through consistent follow-up.
⚪ Meet sales targets provided by team lead.
⚪ Escalate customer insights to the team based on customer queries.
⚪ Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by the team lead.
Requirements
⚪ Currently enrolled students up to their 6th semester/ second year can apply only.
⚪ Excellent English proficiency, especially in writing.
⚪ Adaptability and willingness to learn.
⚪ 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬 will be provided in between 6PM-9AM (6 hours/shift). Weekly Roaster Basis
⚪ On In House weekends (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays and as per company's requirement have to be available as per as shift requirement (can be day/night).
⚪ Public Holiday (PH) benefits and Overtime (OT) compensation will be provided in accordance with Bangladesh Labour Law.
⚪ Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
⚪ Basic knowledge of Computer and Google sheets, docs.
⚪ Typing speed must be between 25 to 35 WPM.
⚪ Having customer support experience is a plus.
⚪ Applicants must have their own LAPTOP (Windows) with a stable internet connection.
